This is an advanced endodontic course where you will find an answer for any issue you come across in your daily practice. This dental training is specifically recommended for dentists who are interested in next knowledge level of endodontics. It is strongly recommended for dentist who has already worked with the use of microscope.
Second module of ‘Contemporary Endodontics’ does not focus just only on a quick and effective methods secondary root canal treamtent. This spectacular dental training also resolves any issue which might occur during re-treatment: broken file removal, perforation management etc.
All our intention is to make a huge impact on practical exercises during this microscopic endodontic course. Therefore a new approach would be ready for implementation on the very next day in your daily practice.

- root filling material removal with rotary filing system Solvents
- ledge management - rotary isntrumentation and hand files
- practice:
- root filling material removal using rotary and hand files, ultrasonic hand piece and chemical solvents
- root canal phosphate liner/cement removal
1:00 p.m. Lunch break
- theory:
- open apex - alternatives, methods and management,
- perforations types and locations, management,
- root canal perforation closure,
- practice:
- floor chamber perforation internal repair with Mineral Trioxide Aggregate,
- root canal perforation repair and Open Apex management with the use of MTA.
4:30 coffee break
- theory:
- lab post removal.
6:00 p.m. End od first day
Day two
9:00 a.m. Start of the course
- theory:
- custom made posts,
- prefabricated active and passive posts,
- fiber glass posts- removal methods,
- root canal filling cement removal difficulties.
- practice:
- prefabricated post removal,
- prefabricated broken post removal,
- fiber glass post removal.
10:30 a.m. Coffee break
- theory:
- silver posts removal methods,
- broken files removal,
- deeply located broken fragment files access attempt,
- proven methods root canals irrigation.
1:00 p.m. Lunch break
- practice:
- broken file removal (or by pass) using ultrasounds or needle (every dentist receives five broken files – varying degrees of difficulties),
- broken file by pass.
4:30 p.m. Coffee break
- eemoval broken files - vontinuation practical part.
