Practice of Precision

The Academy is the result of cooperation between a team of coaches who have been developing endodontic training for 20 years and have 25 years of expertise in endodontics. Their experience and practical teaching of procedures compliant with global standards ensure that participants finish training with new skills and the courage to introduce modern solutions to their everyday practice. We provide training at various levels of advancement, thanks to which we respond to the needs of doctors, both minimally and highly experienced. The Academy trainers always teach in a comprehensive way as this is how they wish to educate. As a result, in our training sessions, apart from microscope endodontics, everyone will find something for themselves – from work ergonomics to apicoectomy. We will also teach you how to restore a tooth after root canal treatment, including additional surgical and orthodontic procedures.

OUR MISSION

We make endodontics and work with the microscope transparent, offering a simple recipe for solving problems during treatment.

The Academy is a place where experienced lecturers and practitioners share their knowledge on how to change difficult endodontic treatment into standard and simple procedures using microscopic dentistry. We want to explain and teach in a practical way how to work under magnification, showing that it is not a hindrance – on the contrary, we want to show you that the microscope can be a dentist’s best friend.

Simple solutions to big endodontic problems

There are no problems that cannot be solved – you just need to know what methods to use, and we can teach you these methods. We pass on simple and proven proprietary methods of dealing with problems that a dentist may encounter at any stage of primary or secondary endodontic treatment. These methods will make such treatments standard procedure for you.

Practice

i.e. 70% of each course at the Academy

In our training courses we use a specific pattern: knowledge, example, demonstration, exercise, evaluation and correction, with the greatest emphasis placed on the practical elements. We believe that the practice you get during the courses is the key to performing the treatment properly in your day-to-day work. It is a chance to learn procedures by trial and error and ask any questions you may have.

Microscope

The basis of precise endodontic treatment

At EndoMasters Academy, we believe that most dental procedures should be performed under magnification. For this reason, our trainees work with high-quality dental microscopes during every training session. Working under magnification guarantees a faster procedure, high precision and long-lasting results that every patient will appreciate.

THE ACADEMY COURSE HALL

What distinguishes the Academy from other training companies is the modern training hall located in central Poland, in which the courses are conducted. Fourteen stations for participants are equipped with dental instruments and the necessary materials, which ensure the highest quality and predictability of the procedures performed onsite. The instrumentarium obligatorily includes microscopes – during the training, each trainee has a microscope at their disposal. In addition:

a video track in each microscope,
a desktop monitor to display the view under the microscopes for better monitoring of progress,
extraction units/suction devices to collect dust and fumes from the workplace for health and comfort,
the option of X-rays at every stage of the course.

In addition to the advanced medical equipment, we also provide a pleasant atmosphere – great coffee and good music.
