Can I sign up for a training package if I have already attended one of the courses included in it?

Yes. In order to do so, you need to sign up for the package and then contact us to sign out of the training you have already attended.

Do I need to bring a gown and medical shoes to the training?

This depends on personal preference. We recommend that you take comfortable clothes in which you will feel comfortable working for several hours. In practical parts, we provide all participants with special aprons to protect them from getting dirty.

What will I get after the training?

After the training, each participant will receive a personal certificate, and we will send a list of the dental instruments used during the practical exercises to an email address provided in advance. You will also be invited to join a private Study Club group on Facebook.

When will I receive additional information before the training starts?

Approximately 5-7 days before the start of the course, each participant will receive a file with a detailed script to familiarise themselves with the theory and vocabulary of the training.

What are the payment options?

There are two options:

the 20%/80% option, in which you must first pay an advance of 20% of the training price and then pay the rest,
100% option, where you pay the full price of the training right away.

When can I lose my registration for a training course?

Cancellation of your registration occurs when the payment deadline is exceeded (72h, which is the time for which the online payment link is active) and when full payment is not made 40 days before the start of the training.

Can I receive a VAT invoice for the training?

Of course, you will receive a VAT invoice directly by email after making the payment for the training.
